Before getting any build underway we will carry out a full pre-installation consultation with you which will address these issues.
We will visit you to discuss design and layout options for your Garden Home Office, including finishes, furnishings, decorations, as required, with no obligation or cost to yourself. We will then send you a complete quotation with drawings showing your office design.
Consideration will also be given to how your home office can integrate and mature with the rest of your garden layout.

It is unlikely that planning consent need be sought if your Garden Home Office and location conform to several simple guidelines.
If however you need specific approval for some reason we can undertake to complete all the necessary drawings and submit applications on your behalf as part of the project.

We will excavate, dispose of spoil and pour concrete usually with a reinforcing mesh, as necessary.
We will carry out trench excavations, where practicable, between your house and the Garden Office building, lay power cables, connecting to your existing consumer unit and terminating in a dedicated sub-main in your Garden Office. Other services you may need such as water, waste, telecoms, security, fire, TV, data in suitably shielded conduits/trunking.
