LAYOUT
The square or rectangular design has proved the most popular but other designs such as L-shaped or hexagonal, are quite possible.
Our Garden Home Offices are usually built with conventional ceilings and not open to the underside of the roof giving a flat level ceiling at 2400mm high. This not only gives a much more ‘finished’ feel to your
Garden Office but it allows us to provide excellent light levels using recessed spot lights. It also helps greatly with insulation and provides valuable storage space. Loft hatch comes as standard.
Consideration should also be given at this stage to internal layout of your garden office. Our experience can help you make the most of the space available.
ROOF
All of our buildings come with a pitched roof-eliminating long term problems associated with flat roofs. Also enhancing your office’s appearance. With guttering if required.
DOORS AND WINDOWS
Factory manufactured to British Standards. Deciding on type, sizes, positioning is part of the design service. These can be soft wood, hard wood, small paned Georgian or fully glazed.
All fitted with double glazed units and locks as standard.
VERANDA
The addition of a veranda to the front of your office will enhance the appearance and give you outdoor work space in the summer months.
